Cecilia Mata is the Founder, Owner, and President of AllSource Global Management, LLC (AGM). Her exceptional leadership over the past ten years has taken the company from a singular focus supporting the warfighter in the global war on terrorism in the most complex, competitive industry on the planet…the defense industry…to a comprehensive enterprise offering diverse products and services to a host of other organizations both public and private.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and steadfast devotion to AGM’s success and prosperity has led to the creation and expansion of two subsidiary companies. The first came in 2009 when Cecilia founded SAWACECI, LLC, a real estate holding company. The second came in 2010 when she formed Global Eagle Security, LLC, a joint venture specializing in armed and unarmed security services. Her motive was to diversify AGM’s range of offerings and opportunities by expanding into the ever increasing and extremely rewarding commercial sectors.
AGM’s stellar performance and growth is not only the result of Cecilia’s business acumen, but is also attributed to the organizational culture and quality of her employees. She attributes much of her success to her employees and places the credit for her accomplishments squarely upon their shoulders. She considers them to be her most treasured assets empowered at the highest level to satisfy her customer’s needs and expectations. In an effort to provide them with the tools they needed to accomplish their goals, Cecilia made significant infrastructure investments in 2011 that included purchasing Deltek Costpoint, a sophisticated and comprehensive finance, accounting and Human Resources system.
In addition to her diverse business interests, Cecilia is also involved in a number of other civic and philanthropic activities. She is an enthusiastic advocate for women owned small business and minority owned small business. She is also an advocate for animals and animal rights and has funded many projects around the globe.
